The price was fair and they did not play any tricks with the numbers, as so many car dealers try to do. They were very easy to work with and never exerted pressure to "close the deal." Recently, I had the pleasure of buying a new Subaru at Wallace Imports in Johnson City, TN. I was pleasantly surprised that buying a car could actually be an enjoyable experience. I started my inquiry through the internet with Shawn Carr in the morning. By the afternoon, we had agreed upon a firm price, all via email. I tried a similar approach with other dealers, but found them to be slow in their responses or not willing to negotiate a fair price. Shawn made it extremely easy. Several days later, I arrived to pick my car up and was assigned to James Wolfenbarger who expertly guided me through the entire delivery process. The agreed upon price and terms were already printed out and there was no attempt to change anything. The general manager, Steve Moore, came by and sincerely thanked me for my business. Everyone I dealt with at Wallace was professional and they all worked well as a team. Buying a car on the internet is the way to go, especially when you work with folks like the ones at Wallace Imports. I will be back there again for my next Subaru!David Greiner

Brittany LawingOur first time ever test driving a Subaru was an incredible experience with Stan Hilliard. All car salesmen can take a lesson from this man. My husband and I hate going to car dealerships because of the typical vulture-like salesmen. Stan was the complete opposite. He told us the specs of the vehicle we were looking at (ones that we couldn't just read off the sticker in the window), gave us space and let us drive it by ourselves (which is a HUGE plus in our book) and when we returned he simply asked if he could get us the right price could he sell it to us today. When we said "no" he did not badger us at all - he gave us his card and said to contact him when we're ready. Because of our experience with Stan we will definitely be coming back to Wallace Subaru when we're ready to buy.
